If you’ve paid in full and cancel 7 days or more before your session, you will receive a refund minus the deposit.
If you cancel within 7 days of the session, the full fee remains payable.
In genuine emergencies, exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Rescheduling a session is also at my discretion and may be treated as a cancellation unless agreed otherwise.
If rescheduling is agreed, a £50 rescheduling fee applies to cover treatment room cancellation costs and administrative time.
Events
All payments are non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be transferred to other events.
You are welcome to sell or gift your ticket to a friend if you can no longer attend. If you had to go through a screening process to attend the event they will also need to do so. All ticketholder changes for events with screening processes must be approved by Rachael. Please contact to confirm at rachaelnitya@gmail.com
In genuine emergencies, I may offer a ticket transfer to another event, at my discretion.
