How Booking Works

A Simple, Held Process

Each session is 1-1, online, and offered as part of my CSSE somatic sex education certification. The work is client-led, co-created, and consent-based — you are always whole already, and the wisdom is yours. I'm here to support, witness, and bring my presence, skill, and experience to your unfolding.

AWARENESS & DESIRE

Listening to your inner landscape

A one-to-one session held with care and presence — an invitation to slow down and connect with what you truly want.

✦ About This Session

We begin with a short check in, short landing embodiment practice, intention setting for the session 

Practice 1: Guided Wheel of Awareness meditative practice, supporting you to notice sensations, thoughts, and emotions without overwhelm. 
Practice 2: From there, we move into a powerful “I Want” exploration, where you’re invited to write, then optionally speak your “I wants” freely, and optionally hear them reflected back to you. 

This is a facilitated, responsive process - you’ll be supported throughout to stay connected to your experience.

This session is open to anyone curious about their relationship to their body, desire, and inner world - whether you’re new to this work or experienced.

Good to Know

These practices recognise that you are already whole, and all the answers live within you. I'm here as a skilled, attuned witness — bringing presence, structure, and somatic wisdom to support what wants to emerge.

All genders, orientations and bodies are warmly welcomed. No prior experience is needed. You are always in choice. Everything is optional.

Sessions are offered at this discounted rate as part of my CSSE somatic sex education certification.

Are these sessions sexual?
The work invites exploration of Eros, sexuality and gender — but also supports non-sexual self-connection and intimacy on a somatic level. Everything is client-led and consent-based. You choose what you explore.
What happens in a session?
We'll meet online. I'll guide you through structured somatic practices — breath, awareness, movement, inquiry — tailored to the session theme you've chosen. If you choose to pay for a studio space we can meet in person.
Do I need to book all four?
Not at all. You're welcome to attend one or more sessions in any order that calls you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just email me at rachael@rachaelnitya.com with as much notice as possible and we'll find another time.
