About this session
A gentle, structured session to help you slow down, tune in, and discover how your body already knows the difference between a yes and a no — before your mind has caught up.
We begin with a check-in, a short embodiment practice, and intention setting.
We also open with a short reflection on your relationship with yes and no — how you experience them, when they're easy, and when they're not.
Practice — Somatic Yes & No Recognition In two mirrored explorations, we feel into situations that bring up a clear yes, and situations that bring up a clear no — noticing where that lives in your body, how it feels, and what it sounds like when you give it voice. You leave with your own somatic signature for both.
We close with integration time, reflection, and feedback.

Who this is forAnyone curious about their inner world and Anyone curious about their relationship with yes and no — in intimacy, relationships, work, or everyday life. No prior experience needed.
