Discovering the art of asking, offering, and receiving with a full heart
About this sessionA structured, playful session exploring two more quadrants of the Wheel of Consent — what it feels like to ask for what you want, and what it feels like to offer your service with genuine willingness.
We begin with a check-in, a short embodiment practice, and intention setting.
Practice — Serve & Accept Using structured "Will you...?" requests, we practise asking for what we want and receiving an authentic yes, no, or maybe — and explore what it means to serve another from a place of real generosity rather than obligation. We move through the practice in both roles, with time to reflect after each.
We close with integration time, reflection, and feedback. You leave with a clearer felt sense of what it means to give and receive from a place of genuine willingness.
