Moving through your inner landscape with choice
About this sessionA structured session to help you slow down, connect with your body, and discover your own capacity to shift and choose your inner state.
We begin with a check-in, a short embodiment practice, and intention setting.
Practice 1 — Coaching Response Flexibility Using a simple 0–10 scale, we explore how breath, movement, touch, and sound can shift your inner state — and practise moving between them with choice.
Practice 2 — Coaching Emotional Fluency We choose different emotional states to inhabit briefly, then practise using your tools to return to neutral — building confidence to feel more fully without getting stuck.
We close with integration time, reflection, and feedback. You leave with a practical toolkit and a clearer sense of your own emotional range.
