About this session
A structured session to help you slow down, connect with your body, and explore what you truly want.
We begin with a short check in, short landing embodiment practice, intention setting for the session
Practice 1: Guided Wheel of Awareness practice, supporting you to notice sensations, thoughts, and emotions without overwhelm.
Practice 2: From there, we move into a powerful “I Want” exploration, where you’re invited to write, then optionally speak your “I wants” freely, and optionally hear them reflected back to you.
This is a facilitated, responsive process - you’ll be supported throughout to stay connected to your experience.
In this session, you will:
Deepen awareness of your body and inner experience
Explore your wants without needing to filter or justify
Give voice to different parts of yourself
Experience being heard and reflected in a grounded, attuned way
