About this session This session helps you tune into your body, notice subtle sensations, and bring those experiences into words.
We begin with a short check in, short landing embodiment practice, intention setting for the session.
Practice 1: Body Focusing guided with Clean Language, allowing your internal experience to be expressed safely and clearly. Practice 2: Body Poem - You can then have your spoken expression shared back to you through "Body Poem", where I read back your exact words but choosing different lines and words through intuition to give you a dreamlike yet very personal experience of your own metaphoric landscape and experience.
You’ll be invited to explore:
what your body is noticing in the moment - sensations, tension, ease
how to give language to internal experience without needing to “get it right”
what arises as you slow down and listen deeply to yourself
build capacity to stay present with nuanced internal states
creative reflection through the Body Poem, reflecting your experience into
This is done at your own pace, within a clear, supported, and non-judgmental space, helping you strengthen presence, curiosity, and self-awareness.
