About this session A structured 1:1 session to help you connect more deeply with your body and explore how you respond to power, vulnerability, and trust.
We begin with a short check in, short landing embodiment practice, intention setting for the session
Practice 1: Guided body scan, supporting you to notice sensations and internal responses with curiosity and clarity. Practice 2: From there, we move into a gentle exploration of how you experience positions of more or less power, and how your body adapts in those moments.
This is a guided, responsive process — you’ll be supported to stay connected to your experience throughout.
In this session, you will:
Deepen awareness of bodily sensations and responses
Notice patterns of tension, protection, or adaptation
Explore your relationship to power and vulnerability
Build capacity to stay present with what arises
