Fiercely Visible
Work in progress show

Fri 25th April 7:30pm
Vault Artist Studios, Shankill Mission, Belfast

Moynalty Yoga Festival
Sat 21 June 2025 County Meath

Concert, Comedy + Ritual

Directed by Afa Foolheart
Damian Mills on electric Djembe
Cat Barter on bass guitar, synth and backing vocals
Andrew G Oliver on various guitars, synth/keys and backing vocals
Me on vocals, guitar and most of the nonsense

A blend of concert, comedy and ritual. The show explores an alternative vision of what it means to “get real” and be truly seen. Rachael and the band leap beyond logic and “shoulds” into the wild heartfelt (non)senses of the body, and the beautiful absurdity of the cosmic joke… No-one is actually in control (aghhhhhhh), and everything is unknown, illusion and up for play (really?).

Can they really allow themselves to be real? What does that even mean? Or will they crumble under the enormous weight of Rachael’s ego?

At the very least there will be some great songs, spanning genres of electro, folk and folk-rock, as well as disco. Also expect crystals, oracle cards, manifestation and taboos like sex, death and rebirth, cos this is going to be spiritual AF. The audience will be invited into some sincere and playful moments of ritual and connection if they so choose to “enhance their experience into higher realms of consciousness”. Don’t worry, you probably won’t be initiated into a cult.

 About My Music

I'm a Northern Irish musician, playing and writing vocals, piano and guitar. My songs are a musical adventure into consciousness from the heart, to uplift and inspire. My influences range from Joni Michel, to Moloko, Nina Simone and Deya Dova. My first album "NITYA" is multi-genre, including cosmic chill electro, folk and rock-folk as well as disco! Supported by funding from the National Lottery - Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Resiliency Fund & Creative Individuals Recovery Programme.

I'm currently working on my live show called "Fiercely Visible". It is a blend of concert, comedy and ritual. See more info above. I also work in circus, theatre, intimacy coaching and energy work. Check out the tabs in the menu for some of that!
